How many people are on my mailing list? AKA Subscribers?
Want to quickly find out how many subscribers you have on any given mailing list? As with all things FortyFourFish there is no wrong way and no one way to find this answer. Below we have outlined the two most common ways to find out just whose subscribed:
By Search
To find most anything in the FortyFourFish system your best bet is to search. The only bit of advice we can give you is to remind you that there are key searches built for the type of record you are trying to find. Meaning, you would not use the person search to find an organization and vice versa. To use a search to determin how many subscribers you have on any given mailing list load the Quick Search: People https://www.44fish.com/admin/searchlist.php?area=contacts-people and then under mailing lists select the list in question, hit Search. The total and results will display on the screen.
By Mailing List
One of the fastest ways to view how many subscribers you have by mailing list is to simply visit the mailing list management page: https://www.44fish.com/admin/list.php?area=crm_mailing_lists. From the mailing list management page you will quickly be able to see the name of each list, any description, the number of subscribers, the date it was created and any applicable actions.
