How do I change my logo?

Want to change or update the logo that is used on receipts and select pages of the system?  Use COMPANY INFO to manage and edit your organization's logo and other primary contact information.  You need to be a Super User to make this change.

• To change the logo you will first need to create a color or black and white image.  Save this file as a GIF or JPEG file.  Your image should be 72 DPI and set at exactly 170 pixels wide by 100 pixels high.  If you upload an image of any other size it will be stretched/squished as it is resized.  If you need help making this image, just ask.
  
• To add your new image, select WMS MGR > Company Info.  This will take you to the edit screen (/edit.php?area=company_info&id=1) where you can upload your logo or change any of your key information.
• To upload your new image or replace the current image, just scroll down to where you see the logo field.

  

• Click the Browse button just to the right of the logo field.  This will give you a pop up window where you can navigate to the file you want to upload.  Remember this has to be a GIF or JPEG file and we recommend making the image 170 pixels wide by 100 pixels high.  Anything larger or smaller will resize (and we can't promise it will be pretty).
• Once you find the file, click Open to select the file and then close the "File Upload" box.
• Click Update. (Remember, after any change you need to click the UPDATE button at the bottom of the screen.  Moving from tab to tab will not save your settings.)

Remember, a warning!

Many areas of your site and the system pull dynamically from Company Info.  For this reason be careful what you edit.  Some of the most common places you will see dynamic use of company info are: footer, receipts, invoices, email configurations.
