How do I access MyAntharia to view Support?

MyAntharia is also known as MyOrg and installed for any client that has onView.  Clients who do not have onView will not be able to create a MyOrg section of their site.  The MyOrg section is used to allow individuals in your database to login and:

  • Update full name, address and phone information.
  • Change or reset/change their password.
  • Change their email address.
  • View/edit their communication settings.
  • View open and past invoices and if applicable pay their invoices online.
  • View and print upcoming event information and registrations.

MyOrg is fully customizable and depending on what your organization does, you may find links to a membership renewal form, or in Antharia's case MyAntharia allows select members of a partner organization to see Support Hours.

To log in to MyAntharia (These instructions also apply to MyOrg for any organization with OnView.)

  • Visit http://www.antharia.com/login/.
  • Your email address is your username and your password is often your last name.  If you have never logged in before, please use the "forgot password" feature to have your password emailed to you for the first time.
  • In the case of MyAntharia, only select staff members have access to see support.  If you are an authorized user, when you login in the bottom left you will see My Support.  Here you can see any hours credited or debited from your support account along with a brief explanation on what the support was used for.
  • Antharia's My Support section is updated every 4-6 weeks.
