Ryan started working with computers at a very early age and never looked back. Interested in mostly anything involved in the physical sciences, technology, philosophy, religion or most other topics that catch his attention, he's always interested in learning something new.

First Computer: Timex Sinclair 1000 (had to save up for a long time to get the $300 16k expansion module that was the size of an adult's fist)

Most Embarrassing Moment Involving A Computer: When I was 6, we got cable television (it was finally available in our area and the remote actually had a wire to the box...how far things have come). I had a cable for my computer at the time (TI-99/4A) that happened to have an end that matched a port on the cable box, so it seemed like a good idea to connect them. I no longer remember what the port was supposed to be for. This could be because when I tried to plug it in, I got shocked and tossed across the room. So, naturally, I tried to convince my older brother to plug it in for me. He declined.
